An Ode for Coconut Oil

Natural or eco cosmetics has been in fasion for several years. In Lithuania it has become a whole movement - from studying products' ingredients until using all natural products for scincare routine. That time many online and casual natural cosmetics stores were opened. In one of those I bought coconut oil for the first time.

I tried using coconut oil for several purposes, e.g. cleaning my face, as a mask for my hair and as a body oil, though only using for my body served the purpose -  my skin was soft and moisturised. Cleaning face with this oil was a mess and after such mask my hair was oily and not shinny at all.

This time I decided to try coconut oil by Monoi Tiare Tahiti. As you can see in the ingredients list there is not only coconut oil but also vitamin E, fragrance and a real flower. I took a picture of Tiare flower in a bottle - for me it was a nice surprise to find it there.

Pirmiausia man patiko priemonė kvapas, išsitepus aliejum kūną jautiesi kaip gėlė, malonus kvapas išlieka.

What I like most about this coconut oil? First of all, it’s the fragrance – after using it for my body I feel like a flower. It’s a nice well lingering smell. Secondly, my skin absorbs it well. Lastly, it's rather economical for 120 ml bottle. I kept it in my bathroom – there it's consistency was liquid and I needed only a little bit bit for my entire body.

Aliejų pirkau Iherb.com už 8.28 $. Ten galite rasti įvairių kvapų šios firmos kokosų aliejaus. Kvepiantį Ylang Ylang nupirkau sesei dovanų. Bandysiu ir kitų kvapų kokosų aliejų.

I bought it from Iherb.com for 8.28 $. There you can find other versions of this oil. I even bought one (though the smell was Ylang Ylang) as a present for my sister. I definitely will be trying other versions of this oil.
